Flybox.co.uk is one of the UK’s leading online retailers for fly fishing tackle and clothing.
Founded in 2004 by trout fishing enthusiast Ian Christie, the company originally focussed on developing its own unique brand of trout and salmon flies, a range which is still exclusive to only Flybox customers. Ian, chief designer of the Flybox range has been a keen fisherman since the age of 10 and his first job in fly tying was in his home town of Perth at the world renowned fishing tackle and gun shop, PD Malloch, one of the world's leading experts on trout and salmon fishing. With a background in competition fishing, Ian now works with many of Scotland’s top fly tyers to continually develop his exclusive range and bring innovation and modernity to the sport.
Due to customer demand, in 2006, the company expanded its online ranges to include market leading tackle from some of fly fishing’s top brands including Vision, Redington, Rio, Lamson, Highland Flies, Donegal Flies and Fulling Mill. Since that date we have continued to expand our range with a vision to become the web’s leading international retailer of angling supplies.
Orders can be placed online via our dedicated online shop www.flybox.co.uk or via our dedicated Ebay store. We also produce an annual mail order brochure which enables our customers to purchase by mail or by telephone.
