Nautilus Reels are very proud of the products they manufacture and quite rightly so. All reels are CNC machined from bar stock 6061-T6 aluminum in their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in south Florida, and are backed by a lifetime warranty. All but the bearings, screws and anodizing is done in-house – let the experts do what they know best: Bearings are the best money can buy, screws and o-rings the same, and anodizing is done for them out of state (yes, we ship everything across the country and back) at one of the world’s best anodizers. They don’t skimp on production costs, which is why their reels perform as well as they do. The only plastic you will find on our reels are the o-rings and handles (these are also CNC machined out of impact and wear resistant Delrin®).
